A.L. Davidson

My name is Alycia "Al" Davidson (she/they), writing as A.L. Davidson and I'm known on the internet as MaybeMockingbird! I am a queer and disabled indie author specializing tiny disturbances, heartwarming and haunting horror-romance, and cozy sci-fi! I love writing stories that focus on themes involving ghosts, grief, isolation, queerness, eco-horror, space exploration, disability rep, and the human condition. I have several books, web novels, and short stories aimed for adult audiences.

I'm best known for my award nominated debut novella When The Rain Begins To Burn, my short story series R-PNZL: A Futuristic Fairytale, and my slightly popular cozy horror romance web novel The Night Farm which is available to read on Patreon and Tapas. I have a wide variety of web novels and novellas available on my website and from a select few indie presses. I'm most active on Patreon, where I upload cozy queer web novels on a regular basis!
